Tool Doctor strives to ensure accuracy in our product specifications, images, pricing, and availability. However, we reserve the right to make necessary changes, including updates to pricing, product details, and stock levels. We apologize for any discrepancies that may occur.
SECTION 1: RETURN POLICY
You may return eligible items within 10 days of delivery. If more than 10 days have passed since your order was delivered, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Returns require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Returns that may qualify for partial refunds include:
- Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged or have missing parts (unless due to our error).
- Items returned more than 10 days after delivery.
- Sale items are non-refundable; only regular-priced items qualify.
Additional Return Conditions:
- Damage claims or order discrepancies must be reported within 10 days of delivery.
- A Tool Doctor-issued RGA (Return Goods Authorization) number is required before returning any materials.
- Returned items must be received in original condition and in original packaging.
- Altered items are not eligible for return.
- Shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility and are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, return shipping costs will be deducted.
- A 30% restocking fee may apply to all returns.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
SECTION 2: LIMITED WARRANTY
Tool Doctor does not offer any warranty. All tools are bought in as-is condition. Please be aware that all tools we sell have been thoroughly inspected and are job-site ready.
We may be able to offer you a limited warranty, but that will be determined at time of purchase.

SECTION 3: REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within a set timeframe.
SECTION 4: LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you have not received your refund:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, as posting times may vary.
- Reach out to your bank, as there may be processing delays.
